Merckens White Chocolate Melting Wafers - 50 lbs

Merckens White Chocolate Melting Wafers come in approx. 1 lb. size package, or approx. 3 lb. package. Using a microwave-safe bowl, heat candy wafers at 30% power for 5 minute intervals until wafers are melted. Make sure to stir in between each 5 minute round in the microwave. This chocolate burns easily. If you are melting a large quantity of Chocolate Wafers, use the crock pot and turn on low, stirring every 20 minutes.   50 lb box requires preorder approx 3 weeks.  Ships across Canada
